Scope and responsibility
This is the AML information and handling policy of the independent guide. It is not 1xBet’s operator policy. The guide has no gaming accounts, wallet, cashier, identity-upload facility or authority to conduct an operator’s customer checks. It cannot clear a payment, approve verification, issue an account certificate or obtain money held by an operator.
Anti-money-laundering controls belong to the organizations handling the account or transaction under their applicable obligations. This page explains the guide’s own boundaries and how to read a verification request without mistaking public information for a personal account decision. It is not legal advice.
What AML and KYC mean
AML refers to measures intended to detect and prevent misuse of financial activity to disguise criminal proceeds. KYC is the identification and verification part of a customer relationship. A request may concern identity, payment ownership, the source of funds or information about a transaction. Different providers can have different requirements.
The Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council publishes casino rules covering customer due diligence and reporting. These rules describe obligations within their scope; citing them does not establish that a particular website is locally authorized or covered. Read the AMLC casino rules and check the precise entity and jurisdiction.
Information this guide does not collect
Do not send us an identity card, passport, selfie for verification, bank statement, card image, account login, OTP or recovery code. The local calculator and helpers do not need those details. Their inputs remain in the current browser page and do not establish an account profile.
An email to the editor can include the guide URL, section and a public source for a correction. Remove names, document numbers, account identifiers and transaction credentials from any image. Sending information to this guide is not a submission to the operator, bank, wallet or regulator and does not advance a verification case.
Check the request before responding
Start from an address or contact route independently confirmed with the service you use. Compare the message with the request visible in your account. A familiar logo, a copied support name or an unsolicited chat is not enough to establish that the sender represents the operator.
Ask what evidence is missing, why the evidence is needed, which channel receives it and whether a previous submission has been acknowledged. Submit only the requested material through the verified route. Ask the receiving service how it protects the information and what parts may be redacted; do not assume that editing a document will be acceptable.
Payment ownership and source questions
An account or payment provider may ask for information to establish who owns a payment method or where funds came from. Such a question is separate from the advertised deposit minimum, a bonus threshold or a payment-processing window. A public table cannot answer what a particular account must supply.
Keep the original records privately, and ask the verified service to identify the exact missing item. Do not substitute another person’s account or document, alter evidence or divide a transaction to avoid a check. If a request is unclear, seek clarification rather than repeatedly sending increasingly sensitive information.
A held transaction or incomplete check
Record the exact status and the existing case number. Ask whether the hold concerns verification, the payment method, withdrawable balance or another reason. Internal approval and actual payment release are separate events. A promise that a check will finish does not establish that money has been transferred.
The withdrawal helper can organize questions from the status you choose, but it cannot find the reason for a hold. Ask for the outstanding step and next update window in the existing verified case. Do not create another transaction solely to restart the clock or accept an unofficial offer to release the money for an extra payment.
Suspicious support and release requests
Treat a request for passwords, one-time codes, remote control of your device or a transfer to a personal wallet as a reason to stop and verify the sender independently. An alleged clearance certificate or fee demanded in an unsolicited message is not evidence of an official process.
If you already disclosed credentials, contact the account provider through its verified recovery channel. If a payment was involved, contact the bank or wallet through its established support route and preserve the request, recipient and receipt privately. The guide cannot reverse a transfer or investigate a suspected offence.
Reporting concerns about this website
Tell the editor if a page appears to direct readers to an impersonator, misstates a source or presents an account requirement as a universal fact. Include the article URL, relevant wording and the public address supporting the concern. Avoid forwarding a whole account conversation when a redacted explanation will do.
The editor can check and correct published content and remove a misleading link. This does not replace reporting a transaction to its provider or an appropriate authority. Do not send a suspected offender’s personal documents to the guide. Account and financial investigations belong to the relevant service or authority.
Retention and disclosure boundaries
The guide’s browser tools do not retain identity or transaction records. Hosting can produce technical access and security logs. Messages voluntarily sent to the editor are handled outside the local tools; Privacy Policy explains their scope. Do not use the correction mailbox as a storage service for account evidence.
The guide does not claim to file operator transaction reports, screen customers against sanctions lists or decide whether a player satisfies AML requirements. It does not sell a service to bypass those checks. No period for an operator’s document retention or review is promised here; ask the provider for the terms applicable to its process.
Licensing, complaints and separate policies
An AML notice, a company name or a foreign licence shown on a website is not proof of Philippine authorization. Check the regulator’s current records for the exact entity, domain and activity. The guide’s licensing article explains the distinction between public access and confirmed permission.
Read the operator’s own verification, privacy and withdrawal terms before submitting data. For privacy concerning this guide, use Privacy Policy and the About contact route. For a correction about these explanations, supply a public primary source. For help reducing gambling-related harm, use Responsible Gambling; an unresolved verification case should not delay seeking support.
