Compare the public withdrawal catalogue

Public catalogue inspected in the source snapshot; no account or payout tested. In the public payment catalogue , we selected Philippines and then Withdrawal. The eleven named PHP routes below appeared. A public country filter does not establish account eligibility, current availability or local authorization.

G-Cash Direct ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour

GCash ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Paymaya ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Bank transfer ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Grabpay new ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–24 hours
Gcash QR ₱50 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Palawan Pay ₱500 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Fortunepay ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Help2Pay ₱100 ₱1,000,000 15 minutes–1 hour
Online Banking ₱100 ₱50,000 15 minutes–1 hour

The cards displayed “No fees” for these routes. This is the catalogue’s claim, not a verified total-cost promise: receiving-provider charges, conversion and account-specific deductions were not tested. Displayed maxima are not confirmed daily allowances, and the timing labels do not explain when the clock starts or which checks it includes.

Names are kept separate as shown: G-Cash Direct, GCash and Gcash QR are different catalogue entries, as are PayMaya new and Paymaya. Cash and cryptocurrency entries also appeared, but complete numeric limits were not shown in this view; they are excluded from this PHP table. A missing amount is not a zero minimum.

Check these in your actual withdrawal menu

Availability and ownership
Confirm that the exact route appears for your account and that the destination is yours. The public list does not establish name-matching rules, required documents or deposit-linked restrictions.
Final limits and charges
Check the amount allowed for this request, daily limits, pending-request restrictions, conversion and expected net receipt. Do not treat the public maximum or fee label as approval of your request.
Timing and follow-up
Ask for account-review and provider-transfer windows separately, including when each starts, business days and outstanding verification. Keep the case reference and the promised next update.

The homepage and filtered catalogue disagree on some methods and minima. Read the source comparison below before relying on either list.

Why the public withdrawal figures differ

Two public views, inspected in the source snapshot. The regional homepage table still quotes a ₱500 GCash withdrawal minimum and ₱1,000 for bank transfer. The Philippines-filtered Withdrawal catalogue displayed ₱100 for each. These are conflicting source statements; we have not established which applies to a particular account.

  • Method coverage differs. GoTyme and BDO QR appear on the homepage but were not among the names in this filtered withdrawal view. Their absence here does not prove that they are unavailable to every customer.
  • QR labels are not interchangeable. The homepage does not provide a numeric QRPH withdrawal minimum. The filtered catalogue separately lists Gcash QR at ₱50. We do not treat those names as the same route.
  • Public catalogue limits are not account confirmation. The public catalogue displayed PHP cards with Philippines and Withdrawal selected. These catalogue observations do not establish which methods an eligible Philippine account can use.

To compare the source yourself, open the public payment page, inspect the final domain, select Philippines and ensure Withdrawal is active. Do not copy a Deposit card’s limits into a withdrawal request. This filter is not an account registration or proof of service from a Philippine connection.

The accounts, payouts and bonuses page did not provide a complete set of confirmed Philippine withdrawal conditions in the text check. Use the support-question template to clarify conditions for the exact route without sharing account details with this guide.

Philippine withdrawal checklist

The illustration below identifies the country, currency and operation to check for a Philippine withdrawal. It is an editorial checklist, not a screenshot or confirmation that a method is available in your account.

Editorial withdrawal checklist showing Philippines, Philippine peso (PHP) and Withdrawal.
Illustration only. Confirm Philippine eligibility and the current PHP limits for your exact method in the operator account. This guide does not make payments.

Five checks before submitting a withdrawal

  1. Find the amount actually available to withdraw. Compare your total balance with the withdrawable amount. Check pending activity, bonus restrictions and any requested identity verification ; do not assume that a visible balance is immediately payable.
  2. Choose a method from the withdrawal menu. Ask whether your deposit history requires a particular return route. If your original wallet or bank account is unavailable, request the approved change process before using another destination.
  3. Check the recipient. Review the destination, account holder’s name and account/phone details privately. If your registered name or payment ownership does not match, ask how to correct the mismatch. Do not substitute another person’s account.
  4. Confirm the amount, fee and timing. Check currency, minimum, maximum, daily limits and net receipt. Save the processing window and ask whether it includes account review, provider transfer, weekends or holidays.
  5. Save one traceable request. Keep the request ID, time and time zone, method, amount and displayed status. Read the consequence of cancellation before cancelling or resubmitting; keep updates in the same support case.

Requested amount, fee and money received

The amount removed from your player balance may differ from the amount received if fees or conversion apply. Confirm which amount the displayed minimum and maximum refer to and whether a charge is deducted from the payout or taken separately.

Illustration only — not a 1xBet fee: a ₱1,000 request with a hypothetical ₱20 charge deducted from it would leave ₱980 before any other charges. If that charge is separate, the balance debit could instead be ₱1,020.

For a short payment, compare the request, fee record, sent currency and provider receipt. Ask for an itemized explanation before treating the difference as an error or making another request.

Separate account assessment from payment delivery

Stage Record to check
Request recorded Request ID, submission time, withdrawable balance and the initial status.
Operator review Any outstanding check and the operator’s stated review deadline. Ask whether a new document request changes that deadline.
Payment released Release time, sent amount/currency and provider transaction reference. Internal approval alone does not establish release.
Recipient credited The receiving bank or wallet’s posted transaction, matching the expected net amount and currency.

If a stated window has passed, ask which stage is incomplete and what action or trace is needed. If no window is displayed, request one instead of relying on an “instant” advertisement. Contact the operator immediately if you spot an incorrect destination or an unfamiliar request.

Choose the status you can see

Choose a status, then answer three short questions. Use “Not sure” when you cannot confirm a detail. Do not enter an account number, transfer ID or document here.

Start with the wording in your account. Choose a matching category. If none fits, use the status table and ask support to explain the exact label.

Changing an answer updates the steps and the support template below. This helper does not access your account, send a request or save your answers. It does not predict a decision or payment time.

What each status does—and does not—tell you

The stages are request recorded, payment released and money received. Each stage uses a different record.
A payment trace links the operator’s request to the receiving bank or wallet.
Status Next question
Pending / processing Has the operator released the payment? If not, which check is still open and what is the expected next step?
Rejected / declined What reason is recorded? Correct that specific issue before submitting the same request again.
Approved / completed, not received Is there a payment-provider reference that traces the transfer beyond the operator’s internal approval?
Verification requested What exact evidence is needed, where should it be submitted and has the previous submission been received?

These are diagnostic categories, not a statement that every 1xBet account uses the same status labels. Preserve the wording actually displayed.

Approved but the wallet or bank is still empty

  1. Match the destination, amount, currency and time with your saved request. Check posted and pending entries in the receiving account.
  2. Ask the operator whether the money was actually released. Request the release timestamp and a reference the payment provider can trace, not only the casino’s internal request ID.
  3. If a transfer was released, give the reference and expected amount to the receiving bank or wallet through its verified support channel.
  4. Return the provider’s trace result to the same operator case. If no release reference exists, ask the operator which processing step remains open.

Do not make a separate payment to “unlock” a withdrawal. Keep evidence privately, redact unrelated transactions, and never send passwords or OTPs. The change to GLife access is a separate issue from tracing an existing payment.

Copy a withdrawal support request

Select the text to copy manually if needed. This guide does not send your message or collect account details.

Complete this privately for the operator support route . Attach only necessary evidence, redact unrelated transactions and keep the case number. Never include passwords, OTPs or recovery codes.

For an unresolved trace, use the follow-up checklist to preserve the case history and request the next action.

When a bonus balance complicates a cash-out

A displayed balance and a withdrawable balance can be different. Read the offer’s rules for unfinished turnover, excluded games, maximum stakes and early withdrawal. Do not assume that cancelling a bonus preserves every associated amount.

The wagering calculator explains the arithmetic only. It cannot decide whether a withdrawal is allowed or reverse an account decision. If the displayed requirement does not match the accepted terms, preserve both records and ask for a written explanation.

Withdrawal questions

We have not verified a universal rule for changing destinations. Ask about the approved route and ownership checks before submitting. A method being listed publicly does not confirm that it is available after your particular deposit.

First ask why the request is delayed and what cancellation changes. We have not verified whether it resets the queue or affects a bonus. Preserve the existing reference and avoid overlapping requests while the first is unresolved.

No such assumption is safe. Read the withdrawable amount, pending activity, active bonus conditions and method limits. Ask support which restriction accounts for any difference.

It may describe an internal decision. Confirm release with a provider reference and receipt with the receiving account’s transaction record. Use the status helper above to choose the next question.
