How these accounts were selected
The selection includes positive, mixed and critical accounts about verification, support and payments. Each identifiable public record describes an individual experience. Neither a star score nor a comment establishes typical outcomes.
These are short paraphrases. Identities, transactions and account eligibility were not independently verified. A country badge is the platform’s label, not proof of residence. We omit private account and transfer identifiers.
The source platforms and comments were inspected as public records. Earlier positive Trustpilot permalinks could not be reopened during the later source inspection, so those entries retain that limitation. This guide does not authenticate a user, verify their account or independently establish a transaction outcome.

A familiar platform name is not evidence that a particular review is authentic. Missing access is a limit of this check, not proof that the content was deleted.
Read a player account against its evidence
- Match the context: country, currency, method, date and account stage can change the meaning of the story.
- Separate status from outcome: approved, sent and received are different claims.
- Look for an update: an unresolved post may later change; a company reply is not itself proof of resolution.
- Keep screenshots in context: an image without its date and complete request history may not explain a dispute.
